At Ring, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with your home security purchase. If you are not completely happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return center and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your Ring device, along with all original accessories, cables, and manuals, back into its original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the device.
